How do I redeem my vouchers?
Contact your dedicated Rock Lobsters ticket rep, email us at ticketing@rocklobstershockey.com, or call 706-510-2959. Please request your seats at least 24 hours in advance!
Can I split vouchers across games?
Absolutely. You have total freedom to spread your 10 vouchers across as many home games as you like throughout the regular season.
Are there any blackout dates?
There are no blackout dates for regular-season home games! However, redemption is first-come, first-served, so redeem early for popular games
Do I get to pick my seats?
Yes! You select your exact seat location within your purchased seating tier at the time you redeem your vouchers (subject to live availability).
Can I share tickets with friends?
Yes! Flex Books are fully shareable. You can redeem vouchers for family, friends, coworkers, or clients to join you at the game.
Are playoff or away games included?
Flex Book vouchers are valid for Athens Rock Lobsters regular-season home games only. Away and playoff games are not included.
