First Responders Night

On Friday, March 28th, the Athens Rock Lobsters are proud to host a night dedicated to those who keep our community safe, strong, and thriving. Join us at Akins Ford Arena for First Responders Night—an evening to celebrate and honor the brave individuals who serve Athens every day.

From firefighters and police officers to EMS, nurses, and doctors, we’re shining the spotlight on the heroes who answer the call, no matter the hour.

🔥 First Responders Night Schedule:

• Pregame Party on the Plaza – 5:00 PM
  Live music, food, and family fun kick off the night outside the arena!
• Doors Open – 6:00 PM
• Game Time – 7:05 PM

Before the game and throughout the evening, fans can check out the Touch-A-Truck experience featuring emergency vehicles and equipment up close, perfect for kids and fans of all ages.

Inside the arena, we’ll have special moments of recognition for first responders from across our community, along with high-energy intermissions to bring the night to life. From sirens to slapshots, it’s a night full of action and appreciation.
